Brockenhurst railway station is a short walk away, with direct connections to London, making the forest surprisingly easy to reach. Once here, explore the surrounding landscape on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.

At Cambium, seasonal British dishes take their cues from the New Forest, Hampshire and the surrounding coast. Zen Garden, situated within SenSpa, serves authentic Thai recipes filled with fragrant herbs and carefully balanced flavours.

Opening in October 2026, KASI will bring progressive Indian dining to Careys Manor, with a menu by renowned chef Surjan Singh, known as Chef Jolly. Inspired by the cultures and cuisines found along the Ganges, dishes will pair bold flavours with carefully chosen local and seasonal ingredients.

Drawing on a Thai approach to wellbeing, SenSpa offers a calm, adult-only environment in which to pause. Its facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, ice room, heated thermal rooms and the AlphaSphere Deluxe. Guests can also choose from a range of holistic treatments delivered by experienced therapists.

The Health Club includes an indoor swimming pool and a gym equipped with Technogym machines for those who’d like to keep moving during their stay.
